The "Spiral Pin Mixer" is a mixing machine (moistening disperser) developed for the dissolution, kneading, and humidification processes in powder processing. It meets a wide range of needs from dry mixing of powders to slurrying of solid materials. Depending on the application, we offer two types: the dissolution/kneading type (W type) and the mixing/humidification type (D type). The dissolution/kneading type (W type) features a mixing rotor that is inverted conical in shape, with pins arranged on a horizontal plane. In the retention zone, the spirally arranged pins provide a shearing action to the materials. The mixing/humidification type (D type) has a mixing rotor that is conical at both the upper and lower parts, designed to allow smooth movement of materials from the primary dispersion zone to the retention zone.
